About Us
Yellow Jacket Baseball Club is the club baseball team at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA. We play competitive baseball across the Southeastern US as part of the NCBA's DI South Atlantic - West Conference. While our conference play is in the Spring, we practice and compete throughout the Fall and Winter. Primarily, the team is made up of players with prior baseball experience, however, we are open to anyone who might be interested in learning more about the game of baseball and being part of a team.
Schedule
We play roughly 25 games year from September to May. Games are typically scheduled as a three-game series with two 7-inning games and a 9-inning game over weekend. We don’t have a designated home field, but play our home games in and around Atlanta. We practice 2-3 times per week at the Georgia Tech Stamps Turf Field. Consistent practice attendance is crucial to our success as a team, though we try to work with players around busy class and work schedules.
